 As usual ;) here is plane movie (including timing).

Action set in 1930-1934 but filmed in 1953.

The tricycle is a tank truck seen for the first time at 16 minutes :

 it's the kind of rare, pretty cool vehicle that has totally disappeared today, probably for safety reasons. Thank you for sharing it with us. (and if I'm not mistaken, that's a magnificent "Caudron" in the foreground)
