Some funny moments, but not enough and it just felt flat - like it was done by the reserve team, so familiar style but no real magic. The title is clumsy, and so is the film. All the vehicles seem more fake/generic this time than previously - posting a few in case there's anything definite which can be pulled out, but the dreaded "Made for Movie" seems their likely fate.
