In the USA it is most probably a 1960/61 Prinz 30 E (30 indicating the 30 bhp of the Sport Prinz engine, E = Export, more luxury details, US bumpers). But a 1960 Prinz II E (with 20 bhp) or 1961 Prinz III (with 23 bhp) is also possible.
