Most of this movie was set on a boat or a deserted island, so most of what is seen is at the end of the film when everyone gets rescued. I know that there is at least one other 2*star car missing, a 1957 Chevy taxi. The story looks like it is crazy, I think two women survive a plane blowing up over the ocean, get rescued by two men in a fishing boat, and then they shipwreck on a deserted island. |

This is the country that brought us 3 Dev Adam, aka a smoking Captain America without his shield fighting sadistic crime ringleader Spiderman and secret agent Santo, plus Turkish Star Wars, Turkish Star Trek and Turkish ET, so I'd say you shouldn't be too surprised. Moral: Don't come to Turkey! At least not unprepared. |

Wait, I'm experienced expert in Turkish cinema, unlike many foreigners who considered these films which you are mentioned as stereotypical about Turkish entertainment cinema. İki Esir which is Turkish-Iranian co-production version of Spartacus is the worst adaptation in the world and worse more than DKA. Some Turkish films were adapted from Italian poliziotteschi and giallo, some films were adapted from American (Hollywood) films, Egyptian, Greek, French police films and Bollywood films. I'm breaking stereotypes about Turkish cinema thanks to posts in social media -- Last edit: 2025-06-11 18:07:36 |

So it's a bit like with my old Soviet films set in the West. |
