The short (20") documentary about Moscow militia, perfectly working & modern equipped. :D
Many shots of the preparation for May 1st 1975 parade on Red Square, I suppose.
Worth to add also because BMW E12 & Mercedes W108 as experimental militia chasers (they called this sort of vehicles 'dogonyalka' -> catcher; V8 Volgas as well), and VW Typ 2 as special equipment van.
No trace on imdb.com yet.

 Oh it's Russian! I didn't see the title card and thought it was a Polish documentary due to the title.
