How to crop: Download IrfanView https://www.irfanview.com/ It's a free program. Go to File, Batch conversion Add the whole folder of images Advanced options: Fill in the correct X and Y position of the area to crop. Draw a rectangle on one of the images to find those out. Save as a JPG with a compression rate of 80 to 85%. Resize to a height of 480 pixels or 498 maximum.
