With this view I'd make it 1975 by default (1974 were rare), although most likely it was after 1978 facelift.

Back of the kiosk, type "K-67" on the left.

The street cars are CKD Tatras T3 - we never had them in Poland. What we had similar in 1980s were Konstals 13 N (most in Warsaw) - in case of body it was late 50s copy of CKD Tatra T1, although with different electric equipment. 2023-04-23 00:20

If yes, then it is the late version of LO 2501 B-21 / chassis: Fr2 M

It's definitely FSO Warszawa 223/224 Sedan version (curved front windshield, big turn signals, straight front bumper) but with early grill in front which come from Warszawa M-20. This is custom change but I saw such combo in Poland.

No trace of windshield washers, so can be early ("3 box") sedan (orange indicators can be not from this car, same like grille).
This model was introduced in CS already in 1965, in 203 version and most likely only 203 (later 223) was exported there (and in general).

1978+ badge and looks like 1981+, black frames of indicators... 2023-04-22 23:43
It can be Fiat 124 too - it seats pretty low. Some 124s were still on the roads in 1980s - saw them on pics in period magazines. It was imported to Poland since early 1967 (meantime VAZ 2101 sedan wasn't, but yes, there were some around as well). 2023-04-22 23:39
So in Poland these were known just as "MH" or "MH2".
These particular vehicles are of communications troops and were used to transport RKG/A radio stations (3 Renaults per every radio station + one bike). They have early/1st version of bodywork (later ones looked a little different).
The 1st test bodies were made by Polsam and PTR and later by PZInż.
It seems chassis for radio stations trucks were 1st delivered in 1926, but were bodied in later years.

All these infos are from the volume 265 of "Wielki Leksykon Uzbrojenia - Wrzesień 1939" dedicated to Renault trucks.

The hood lettering is most likely missing. This is the later type of the external rearview mirror(s) assembly - intro during the 1976 or alredy in 1977. 2023-04-22 22:41
So this one was built by TOS in Poznań with help of PZNS and cooperative "Samochód" (acc. to book "Samochód osobowo-terenowy Tarpan" by S. Drążkiewicz, but seems TOS/Poznań had the leading role here.

This is one of the two 1972 RD/Warta II prototypes or alredy the late 1972 "Tarpan" (not yet 233) from the so called information series of 25 made cars.
If prototype RD/Warta II, then it is in "Nr 1", "standard" version (Nr 2 had eg. canvas doors).
2023-04-22 22:28
Juding by the book "Samochód osobow-terneowy Tarpan" (including quoted there period price list) these were also named "D 237 S", so "D" (of the engine type) went to the front and this way it matched to other engine versions: S 237 S (S-21) and F 237 S (AA). But on some cars were on the side letterings "Tarpan 237 D", so it is fine too, anyway all of this can lead to confusion. 2023-04-22 22:01
1984 handles, might be a little later wheel arches (of the round type). 2023-04-22 21:51
1983 still could have old ones 9like 233) in 1984 alredy new ones were used. 2023-04-22 21:49
Better 1984+ by the 126p door handles. By the rounded wheel arches can be even a little later, although both types of fenders (even in one car - old at the back, new at thew front) were in use as long as FSR had old ones in its stock. 2023-04-22 21:47
IMOit is partly black and the moving part to grab is silver (or can be silver with what is visible) - these handles were used alredy in 1984.
Althopugh it is hard to confirm, I guess by 1987, the interim 237s with old wheel arches, could be already out of production.

PS. with this factory plastic overlay, "hard top", it was named S 237 H/F 237 H.

Better 1984+ by the "126p type" of door handle and rounded wheel arch (which can be even a little later).

Looks like the same car /vehicle.php?id=372632 - with both type of fenders, as I mentioned on linked page - so better 1984 by default. 2023-04-22 21:37
126p door handles. Earliest ones in 1983 still had old handles (like 233), the 126p's ones were present alredy in 1984 - so it is better choice.

The car has new rounded front wheel arches and rear ones still has angular shape. Earliest Tarpans 237 had both, front and rear, angular (same like 233), then they were replaced by round ones, but as long as FSR had in stockroom old fenders they used old ones - also in combination new (round) front ones and "old" (sqaured) rear ones. It might be one of such cars or owner replaced front fenders on his own.
This has been described by S. Drążkiewicz in his new book "Samochód osobowo-terenowy Tarpan".

Model 1975 - round retro reflectors. Change also pointed out in book "Samochód osobowo-terenowy Tarpan" - S. Drążkiewicz.

Optional plastic overlay at the back = 1978+ (acc. to book "Samochód osobowo-terenowy Tarpan" - S. Drążkiewicz, CB, 2023).
Later Tarpan 237 with plastic overlay used to be named "237 H", but seems "H" designation was not yet used in 233.

Judging by the period pics in this book, the repeater was more likely 1978+ thing too. On factory pic from 1978 are new Tarpans, some already had it, some didn't. The car with reapter could be some export spec. model, but anyway in 1979 all of them, exports and "domestic", already had to had them.

In fact it is 2nd type of lettering (its placing) used in 1975 and maybe also part of 1976 (then replaced with separate letters placed across the entire edge of hood).
1st type of lettering, from the years 1973-74, was similar, but placed more to the left - above headlamp and more above the grille. Period pics from the ITS tests and description which mention this change are in book "Samochód osobowo-terenowy Tarpan" by S. Drążkiewicz.

With aftermarket rear indicators (what could be not so rare home made improvement). FSO wanted to make something like that too, but seems finally never did (and soon the all new, larger taillamps were introduced).

I suspect FAP 1314 (or similar) - it was newsreel's footage from Skopje (1963 earthquake). 2023-04-17 22:08
Some comparison is possible here. On the left new, 1963 MY+ taillamps, on the right old taillamps.

The rear badges are similar, but the lower part of the left one must be a little longer ("Wartburg 1000"), when the right one with these taillamps must be of 1962 "Wartburg 312" - shortly used model name (chassis was still 311, the later, new chassis "312" was different thing).

ca 1988 to early 1989, as it already has the new badge, when 1st 1987s still had older one (it was type of FSO badge, which BTW had to be to meet only in Polonezes with coupe front-end).
Possibly the inclination angle of the entire front wall is also already different than it was in coupes and in 5-door ones from the years 1985-1987, this was modified together with change of logo or around this time.

Yes, but they went into service in some companies and due to this were to meet sometimes on the streets. One N-63-alike I listed in other film. Other, random one, is to see in the background, on picture (dedicated to new Warszawa 203 sedan btw) in 1964 magazine "Stolica".
