| DAF555 | The hood was black on ambulances for many years for that reason. The base for this one is a 244 GLT (6) of 1980 that´s why it stands 264 in the registry. For 1980 there was a 4 cylinder and a 6 cylinder version of the new GLT series, only external difference was the GLT badge on the grille. If it was silver it was a 4 and golden for the 6, the badge is gone or not visible on this one. |
