dsl SXBelgian film, so likely Belgian build at Antwerp
chicomarx wrote Ford of Antwerp had a capacity of 120 vehicles per day in 1964 and the principal models were the Cortina, Anglia, Corsair, and Taunus.

chicomarx BEYes, Chevrolet Caprice more likely than Buick. Link to "www.kapaza.be"
That and Cadillac as hearses. Link to "www.kapaza.be"

Buc84 USLooks more like a Chevy Caprice Estate with Buick taillights.(BTW: The tailgate is down, thats the inside trim panel you see that looks like a outside trim piece?) Which,as I recall, was how the ones made for export to the European market were built? (And,weren't these also popular as hearses in the Benelux region??) 2014-11-08 19:21
electra225 ITI think it has got too much chrome around to be an Olympia. I would rather say an Olympia Rekord. 2014-11-08 07:16

electra225 ITNow I found it. It is in the background of the first thumb in the comments about the Kapitän. I add it as really worth listing 2014-11-07 21:59
electra225 ITI clearly remember an early white Daf with a black roof in the background of a scene in a parking lot (I think nearly at the same time of the Opel Kapitän). 2014-11-07 21:57

dsl SXIt is a Deluxe for the chrome strip. I always look at the headlights for reference because even when people muck about with the side trim and colouring, the Deluxe has an upward curve strip to join at the top of headlamps as this main. Super ends at a point where side crease stops and has no connecting strip to headlamps.

andrepa wrote 1960 FORD Anglia 105E Super by roundel on c-pillar

For the record Super was November 62+ and 123E/124E (because of 1200cc engine, not because Super - there were also Deluxe 1200s which get 123E/124E as well). But I also used to think C-pillar roundel was Super only, but it's not true eg /vehicle_474102-Ford-Anglia-106E-1960.html . I don't have details why some Deluxes and Standards have the roundels and others do not, but it may be date-related. All Supers have them, so maybe Ford just changed the bodywork pressing for all Anglias in Nov 62??

DynaMike NLYes, 1960 [L1]. This would be a Grand Standing if it was built in France, Grand Luxe if built in Belgium (which is more probable. 2014-11-07 21:09

Interesting Belgian film, easily in the top 5 from this country. (C'est arrivé près de chez vous / Man Bites Dog would still be at 1.)

kudos SXI would agree with jfs, the single chrome side-strip was found only on the De Luxe model as far as I know. 2014-11-07 20:36
kudos SXI believe this is an International Harvester KB-1, 1947-1950: /vehicle_83637-International-Harvester-KB-1-1947.html 2014-11-07 20:26
johnfromstaffs EN106E perhaps? Not sure it's a Super as the chrome strip should be double, with a contrasting colour inside. see below.
