Gamer a écrit So the Dart K was the wagon and the Volare the sedan? All right then.

No, Volare was only 2-door sedans, Darts could be 4-door sedans or wagons.

Also not sure where this was filmed. You're assuming Mexico but is it? Looking at some of the other cars in the same scene, the are two Mitsubishi Mirages and a Mazda wagon. I don't think either brand was in Mexico at the time. There's also a Mustang, a XJ Cherokee and a Honda Accord (another brand that I don't think was in Mexico at the time).

Mazda was introduced in Mexico in November 2005

Mitsubishi entered Mexico in 2003

I think this is Puerto Rico?

Well your answer is incorrect. In Mexico, this would be a Dart K. The Volare was only available in one body style, the 2-door sedan. It was meant to be a base model.

Gamer DEChrysler Volare in Mexico. Seems they were Volare K for 1983 and just Volare for 1984:

sixcyl a écrit I think as the french R4 F4 or F6, the name should be Renault F6 <i> Furgoneta Acristalada</i>, and not "Furgoneta Acristalada <i>F6</i>"

you´re right. there was three version: Renault 4 furgoneta, furgoneta sobre-elevada y sobre-elevada acristalada. This one was reeplaced by the F6 in 1981.

blackwalls ESThis one is a Pegaso 6050, easy to identify thanks to the place of the side windows (from front to rear doors, two windows, doors, three windows. All windows are the same size).

Also, the rear oval small windows make this one for sure a Pegaso 6050.

Weasel1984 PLSome are listed as Furgoneta same like older French ones are lsited as Fourgonnette. They were in 1978 renamed to F4 (and new model was introduced the F6). It could be that we list these as F4 or F6 + Acristalada, but as you prefer. 2010-05-19 20:23

vilero ESWell, in the site it seems the model name used is R-4 Furgoneta /vehicles_make-Renault_model-4+Furgoneta.html (I'm sure there are other several spanish R-4 listed as R-4 F4/F6) but for this type I would listed just as Furgoneta Acristalada, since F6 were also called this way Link to "www.coches-motos.com"

vilero ESBeing this scene filmed in Madrid in the 80s, I'm almost sure this is a Pegaso (EMT Madrid -Madrid Transport Enterprise) and, until I've seen the thumbnail, I was thinking in an usual 6038 (for that time)
[Image: 243268-1.jpg] [Image: 243269-2.jpg]

but the thumbnail makes me think it's an earlier (73+) Pegaso 6050 (scroll down 1/3=the red one with fake plate EMT 0000). Anyway, fsebus will match this better than me.

Commander 57 USBelieve this is an '81 to '83 Aries.

Note there is no higher top chrome grille piece and the horizontal bars appear heavier than the Reliant version.
Also, the Aries grille is slightly wrapped, as this one appears to be.

Not an '84, since no star ornament in the grille center.
