Yes it was, actually, the full Jeep lineup was sold in Europe in the 70s and 80s, but they were expensive, and poor on gas (other engines were available though) I saw a Cherokee in Kitzbühel in about 1987, Euro spec (headlights, markers, and taillights were different. The rest was the same. Other trips I saw XJ Cherokees, CJs (even a CJ7 sedan delivery with no rear glass in England), other oddities as well.

Je croyais que ces portes étaient la marque de la version hollandaise (1968+) du Type H.

Bon, ici, déjà, avec ces nouveaux feux oranges à l'avant et les ailes arrière rectangulaires, on peut au moins dire que c'est un 69+.

Gamer DEIn Germany the Genesis-Polo was a factory chavmobile with metallic purple paint and a scrawled pink font that spelled out the band's name alongside musical instruments. 2015-10-30 18:02
dsl SX.. and UK. Plus there was a Genesis on the Polo at least - /vehicle_522750-Volkswagen-Polo-Typ-86C-1992.html 2015-10-19 11:51
Lateef NONo we had them in Norway, too. 2015-10-19 10:16
Gamer DEI think all these rock-band-special editions were only sold in Germany anyways.

Lateef NOAh. I've never seen that banana-peel decal on the hood - I guess it was common practice to remove them. 2015-10-19 10:10
Gamer DEI've seen these things for years, I know how they look. That yellow thing is taken from the cover of the band's then-current album, Voodoo Lounge: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/84/VoodooLounge94.jpg

Here's another Rolling Stones for reference, as you see, it has the same yellow thing in the same place: http://www.kfz-kleinanzeigen.com/export/54743813.jpg
