Thanks to S 415 GT for the hint! .gif ":)") This one was probably used at Trabrennbahn Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. Normally, these are one-off conversions, sometimes built by small companies. | OcciHeizer | 1996-2000 Pre Facelift 535i or 540i (chrome grill was only available for V8 engines). Has aftermarket Headlights from DEPO (notice the spotty lighted rings, this is not OEM). However, it has no "M Sportpaket", because the M-Bumper has different air intakes and round foglights. Also the "M Sportpaket" would include black headliner and A-pillar fairing. On this one, these parts are standard grey. It is only used a few times, so 3 stars would be better. 1996-2000 Vorfacelift 535i oder 540i (Chrom Nieren gab es nur bei den V8 Motoren). Er hat Zubehör Scheinwerfer von DEPO (Punktuell beleuchtete Standlichtringe, das ist nicht original). Auch hat er kein "M Sportpaket", denn die M-Stoßstange hat andere Lufteinlässe und runde Nebelscheinwerfer. Außerdem würde das "M Sportpaket" einen schwarzen Dachhimmel und schwarz A-Säulen Verkleidungen beinhalten. Dieser hat die Teile aber im serienmäßigen grau. Das Auto ist nur ein Paar mal zu sehen, also eher 3 Sterne. |

| OcciHeizer | Definitely no 520d. It is an early pre-facelift E39 (1995-2000, old bumper, old blinkers, old headlights) and there was no 520d available for the pre-facelift. The 520d came in 2000 with the facelift. This one used in the series (Callsign 14/2) is a 520i with 150 HP. Can be noticed by the missing fog-lights in the lower bumper. Fog-lights were standard on every E39, accept from the 520i and the 525td/tds. When started, it has the sound of a petrol engine, so it just can be a 520i. And it also deserves 4 stars, because it is the police cruiser used by the central character of the series, "Dirk Matthies". Definitiv kein 520d. Es ist einer von den ersten Vorfacelift E39 (1995-2000), alte Stoßstange, alte Blinker, alte Scheinwerfer) und im Vorfacelift gab es den 520d noch nicht. Der 520d kam erst 2000 mit dem Facelift. Der hier in der Serie (Rufzeichen 14/2) benutzte ist ein 520i mit 150 PS. Das lässt sich an den fehlenden Nebelscheinwerfern in der unteren Stoßstange erkennen. Nebelscheinwerfer waren bei allen E39 serienmäßig, außer beim 520i und beim 525td/tds. Wenn er angelassen wird klingt er wie ein Benziner, also kann es nur ein 520i sein. Außerdem verdient er 4 Sterne, denn es ist der Streifenwagen vom Hauptcharakter der Serie, Dirk Matthies. -- Last edit: 2016-06-30 13:41:16 |
