It's a Japanese conversion, a so called "Ocean" type hearse. At least three Japanese coachbuilders are susupicious: The Hearse Corp. (also winner of the consolation prize in the "most originally named company" category tonight), Kanki Coachworks and Targa TRG. It's not a "Hearse" hearse (told you this wasn't very original), It's not a TRG either. Due to the shape of the back door and the raised roof, this must be a conversion by Kanki Coachworks - and it was one of an estimated quintuple-dozen of variations offered by Kanki on the Crown chassis. The picture below is just an example!

I think you probably mean "Western-style hearse".
The original Japanese text is 洋型霊柩車, but the kanji 洋 has two meanings: ocean and occident. So 洋型 means western-styled and 霊柩車 means hearse.

Toyota Coaster uses 5 screws rims whereas this one has 6. Just a Chinese bus with a Toyota Coaster body.
