I was thinking Chevrolet Chevette at first, but it looks like it's missing the slim panel they had between the windows. The character is supposed to be a successful businesswoman (hence, she's about to be murdered by the mysoginistic serial killer), so I'm surprised she seems to have been given a low-range compact.
