I think the only way they could have got this view would be if they were allowed to film on the grounds of the airport. Does anyone know if this is consistent with the context of this scene, or is it a goof? Also, Dulles has changed a lot since 1983. Tyrone kicked Albert (in photo) out of his cab because Tyrone tried to screw over a drunk passenger. Albert i'm guessing is thinking he'll walk back to DC until Tyrone shows up again to give him a ride. (Dulles toll road not built for another year, 1984) Looks like before all the terminals, there was a road back there. Probably for maintenance vehicles. According to a history video about the Dulles toll road it was very rural back then. I remember just in the 8 years i lived out there how much it's changed.
