maxp SEI think 1977-79 Datsun 160B (P810) suits better. 4 cyl instead of six in Japan.

silver Datsun (Laurel???),

SteveA ENA Daimler Fleetline with Park Royal bodywork, originally a London Transport DMS-class but seen here running for Hong Kong CityBus. What's interesting is that although they've replaced the original windows with windows more appropriate to the climate, they haven't repainted the bus and it still has the London Transport logo on the side. If you could get a screen capture from DVD you'd even be able to pick out the London Transport fleet number on the side! 2006-02-10 18:57

Jun JPOh, thank you Alexander.

Daihatsh F20(Wildcat) is called 'Daihatsu Taft' in Japan. (1974-1984)
'Taft' is named from 'T'ough&'A'lmighty 'F'our-wheel 'T'ouring vehicle.
Engine variation of Taft is 1000/1600 (gasoline) & 2500/2800(diesel).
(Toyota Brizzard has only 2200cc diesel)

Daihatsu started a cooperation with Toyota in 1967. Perhaps some of the Daihatsu cars were marketed as Toyota in some countries.

Perhaps Jun can say more about it.
