electra225 ITBelieve it or not, Except for rust (terrible!!), the 128 had great qualities and, among them, stability was one of the best. 2009-12-27 12:14

Fuego NLWhich R5? I see four of those.

All R5 GTL and Automatic had same plastics on the sides between '76 and '84, but it differs by color.
From 1976-80: GTL (only 3doors): grey and Automatic (only 3doors): black. Automatic had a vinyl roof too.
From 1980-84: GTL (3 or 5doors) and automatic (only 3doors): black. No vinyl roof standard.

So the yellow R5 is a 1980-81 GTL or automatic.
The green one in front of it is a 1980-81 GTL.

DynaMike NLNew, round indicators, light grey plastic strip on the bumper, still the old grille: 1971-1974. The colour will be the very light Bleu Thasos (AC 631) available in 1969-1971, so this should be a 1971 model. Indeed the grille on the crashing car is newer, but it is still the same car (since 1975, when that grille was used, the headlight bar was longer, so the headlights weren't that close to the bonnet anymore, and the bumper didn't have the plastic protection strip anymore, just a black tape). 2009-06-09 17:12

Weasel1984 PLIt is indeed very similar. They were exported? You know it is not so background vehicle. When they filmed the chase the motorway was "rather" closed. :D 2009-06-05 17:42
Weasel1984 PLIn France and few other countries, for some reasons, the very early ones were known as FSO Polski, like it was listed:

Weasel1984 PLYes, I'm sure that I saw one on French site described as Bambino, but seems they used it more like a nickname.
