Junkman a écrit And this is not a NASCAR version, it is a 'nascar-ed' street car. Note the bonnet (hood) hinges, insulator mat underneath stock hood, stock air cleaner and fan schroud, headlamps and chrome moldings around the side windows, door mirrors and plastic/rubber moldings on the bumpers. Also the position of the wheels within the wheel openings, door handles and lack of cutouts for the side exhaust dump pipes. All this would be severely altered on a real NASCAR.

Lobo NLBMT216A chassis no DP/216/1 was the original Goldfinger gadget car.
The gadgets were stripped off BMT216A by Aston Martin in 1968 and fake ones later fitted by new owner.
BMT216A was re-registered 6633PP.

BMT216A(6633PP) is the Cannonball Run car.
They used a second car:
The back up car with the ejector seat/stunt car was a DB4GT that was crashed out in a bad accident during filming.

Blk95ta USThis is actually a 1977. There is a video about it on youtube. It was used in the real cannonball run. https://youtu.be/1y3u3Si2NxM 2019-11-25 00:52
marioman3138 AUOwned at the time by John Harrison, who ran it in the real Cannoball Run with his brother. DNF (accident). Sold after this, now in Netherlands being restored (as per VinWiki on YouTube) 2019-11-21 11:41

dlindsey19 USIf it’s a two door, it’s a 1974 Cadillac Eldorado, if it’s a 4 door I think it’s a coupe de ville or sedan de ville. 2019-05-19 16:53
Truck_Guy USI would just erase it, or maybe put DRW for dual rear wheel, as GMC doesn't technically call them a dually either. I've used DRW for some Fords in the past, as they use that acronym as well. 2019-04-16 15:05
Baube QCthe GMC truck who thought he was a 1969 Dodge Charger... :D

there is a surprising amout of them being ID as Big Dooley.. should we fix it by erasing that part or just changing it for Dually ?

Truck_Guy USNo, they don't. It was incorrectly identified by ford_guy. Right here from the 1980 GMC truck sales brochure:

One-ton models provide for GVWRs to 10,000 pounds when equipped with available dual rear wheels.

Cuda Jeff CALooking at those 12 picture police car fan posted ... I've noticed that on the last picture, the Countach seems to have a front license plate ...
which don't appears in the other pictures???
Plus it seems different then the on on the rear that we see on the 2nd picture ... which looks like a Florida plate "MMV 912"

I'm trying to find out what is the actual rear plate on the Lambo ... but I can't find a clear picture of it

fontheking5 SETurbocharger was introduced for the 1980 model year and the same car was used in Smokey and the Bandit 2 which was recorded in 1980.
This is probably a 1980 model.
