2009-04-26 19:02
cl82 DE@Ingo: With"much hasn't changed there" I only meant the sites on the pics that are visible on this page, e.g. the wineyards and the picture with the BMW 1802 where on the far left a bit of the "Kilianskirche"can be seen. You are of course right when you talk about Neckarsulm, especially as far as the "Audi" or the "KS"site as well is concerned. It was really a shame when they knocked down that great historic showroom just in order to replace it by that awful, pompuous aluminium-something.

Unfortunately the major changes in Neckarsulm were, that nearly nothing from the former NSU-factory is left. All buildings from that era on the Audi-ground were broken down, at last the old, historic entry with the showroom in the 50ies-style. :/

cl82 DEGreat job, Ralph. It was nice to see those old pictures from Heilbronn because I come from that area. I even think I know where some of that pictures where shot. To be honest, much hasn't changed there. 2009-04-25 22:05

ingo DEBoth cars aren't Sedans, they are Hatchbacks. For the Passat Typ 32 the bigger back hood was an optional extra.

The car on the thumbnail is a bit strange. A basis version (no trims at the side), but the quite rare lamp-washer and the big back hood.
Was is a civil police car? They had often Passats and often with these -for civil customers- strange extras.

ingo DE:hello: Here!

It's a 1973 (only 1973) K 70 in "pastellweiß" :)

It has no rubber on the bumper and -as I can identfy it- a "K 70"-badge without "L", so it's a quite rare standard version.
