I found this facebook page of a local UAE film production team that worked on the movie and they had photos of various background prop cars they've used. As it turns out, almost all of the Lexus ES300s were RHD so not made for USA. However, I ain't sure if it's a J Spec Toyota Windom or maybe a RHD ES300. So we have a LHD Mazda (Bongo would imply RHD), Chinese road signs, and a HK police livery car in the background.
