"In the early 1930s, boosted by the racing and commercial successes notched up by the 6C model family, the directors of Alfa Romeo decided to develop a new straight-eight cylinder engine, designed to power even more luxurious high performance cars, and to succeed in expressing and symbolising the brand’s technical sophistication.
Vittorio Jano - the engineer in charge of the planning department - set to work, and in 1931 the new Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 made its momentous debut."

"Meanwhile, Prospero Gianferrari, the general manager of Alfa Romeo, was determined to conquer another prestigious international competition: the 24 Hours of Le Mans, until then consistently dominated by British car manufacturers. In order to comply with the rules of the French race, a long-wheelbase four-seater competition car with torpedo-race bodywork was prepared, in collaboration with the Touring coachbuilders in Milan. The 8C 2300 Le Mans, weighing roughly 1000 kg, could reach 200 km/h and immediately showed itself to be a supremely sophisticated and unbeatable racing car."

TV_Maniac DEThe car is used by a stunt driver in a steep wall or drum, I don't know how to call it right. They mounted this rails under the car to prevent it from blocking the wheels in the wings.
Obviously, they couldn't drive the car with the rails, they are missing in a scene some time later.

esagamma718 SEFiat 682 N2 Mk I. It is fvery rare to find a 619 (N or T) with 682-like cab in an Italian movie. It was an export model only. 619 come to Italian market lately, with the H type cab. 2007-09-20 19:27

That is a very good idea. I think, you are right:

http://rribreau.club.fr/photosFARMOBIL.htm

Now the question is, what is the make?

The Farmobil was developed by Fahr. Some sources say, they actually built about 1.000 vehicles from 1955 on in Germany, but it seems to be a bit more complicated.

In the second half of the 1950s Fahr acquired Farco SA in Thessaloniki, Greece, were according to some sources the Farmobile was produced from 1961 to 1966.

In 1963 Farco was taken over by Chrysler and renamed to Chrysler Hellas S.A. They kept the production of the Farmobil up until 1966/67.

This now leaves us to decide if it is a Fahr Farmobil, a Chrysler Farmobil or just a Farmobil.

...may be yes
About the right one(red frame), wheelbase is shorten at rear section. but may be based on '37 Scout...
Left one(silver frame) looks more older Scout before '27.

It is said '37 in movie, so we will go for it if you agree.

nzcarnerd NZThe front vent window loooks like that on the Fiat 680 or 690 truck from around 1970, also the fact that it is right hand drive. 2007-04-09 03:16
nzcarnerd NZI don't know much about German commercials but Bussing used a lot of shiny strips like this. I wonder if it is based on a Bussing chassis? 2007-04-09 03:12
nzcarnerd NZThe picture is very distorted but it looks like an Alfa-Romeo from about 1930-32 - maybe a 2300 Monza competing in the Mille Miglia? 2007-04-09 03:02

rpcm PTIt's a 2000 Spider Veloce recognizable by its door handles and the covered headlights. Judging by the black windscreen wipers and the round matt-grey door window ( previously it was chrome ) I would say it's a 1975+ car. It sports the desirable factory-optional Campagnolo "Millerighe" alloy wheels.
