Both are white, and get torn to shreds as they fall down cliffs.

DoctorRD ESYes, by the wheels is a Fiat 132. Seat never used that wheel-covers.

Perhaps the explanation for that several Fiat models appear in the movie, it's because possibly that Fiats were brought from France by Alain Petit, the french stuntman who did the action scenes.

blackwalls ESIt's curious but this one is a FIAT 124, brought from France, as it has some french stickers (taxes etc) on the front window. So, it's a Fiat 124, not a Seat.

Also, is re-registered with a 1976 plate, when the 124D "rectangular headlight" was on the market.

Blackwalls ESHi! This is a 1972 Seat 1500, perhaps a Seat 2000D. It's not a 1968 because 1972 model has plastic black grille and "squared" rear end, while 1968 model has four front lights but chrome grille and "rounded" rear end. Also B-0126-C is a 1972 reg. 2007-06-30 15:10

Yes, we also called the 2CV "La cabra" (the goat). I think than they called it that way because the front lights ressembled to the horn of a goat

jplemoine FRMerki pour la traduction...

Pour la DS, la carrosserie se démontait en moins d'une demi-heure... sauf pour décâbler (avec espoir de recâblage) les phares avant des DS post-67...

antp BE« Throw any car in a ravine and we'll see the result...
Having said that, for the show, you just have to untight few screws on a DS to have it dismantled at the first hit... or thight them enough to have it resistant to anything (except the roof) »

I agree that this case it looks strange that all the body parts go away. I guess that it is as jplemoine said, few screws and these parts can leave the car easily...
That remembers me that one:
/vehicle_43257-Citroen-ID-Break.html
(that I could have found easily if it was listed as wagon and not as sedan - I repaired that)

Cela dit, pour le spectacle, il suffit de desserrer quelques vis sur une DS pour qu'elle se démonte au moindre choc... ou de les serrer convenablement pour qu'elle résiste à presque tout! (mis à part le pavillon...)
