zodiac ![]() | Made for U.S because of the plate illumination. Otherwise it's more or less impossible to see what model with this little information. If this is not going to stay marked unknown, why not simply call it "Mercedes-Benz [W111]". The other option is to pick and choose: - 1962-65 Mercedes-Benz 220 SE [W 111.021] - 1966-67 Mercedes-Benz 250 SE [W 111.021] or - 1968-71 Mercedes-Benz 280 SE [W 111.024] |

eLMeR ![]() | Front fender to rear fender "hump": a 1958-71 Series II/IIa. With the headlamps between the fender, more precisely a 1958-67 model. | 2015-04-06 01:52
lightninboy ![]() | Jeep CJ-5? | 2015-04-06 01:52
eLMeR ![]() | 1960-63 windshield + 1962-66 hood ⇒ 1962-63 model. Not a pickup, a platform: since 1958, platforms are no longer sold as separate models, but as option for chassis-cab models. If using factory options, this truck can be a ¾-ton 1500 model if with the 98"/2.49 m platform floor, or a 1-ton 2500 model if with a 109"/2.77 m platform floor. -- Last edit: 2015-04-06 01:40:16 |
2015-04-06 01:31 | ||
eLMeR ![]() | 1964-66 grille. From what can be seen, it could be either a short or long C-10 as well as a C-20. Not a C-30, as there was no C-30 with the Fleetside bed option. -- Last edit: 2015-04-06 01:16:44 |
2015-04-06 01:16 | ||
eLMeR ![]() | 1941-47 Art Deco pickup indeed. It seems to be made on the smallest wheelbase (115"/2.92 m), which means a ½-ton Light Delivery model. The AK chassis code could be given only if sure of the 1941 model year, but even specialists say there is almost no visible details to tell a MY over another. The chassis code for 1942-45 would be BK, CK in 1946 and... DP for 1947. One thing sure, as ½-ton pickup model, it already had the 3104 Chevrolet code. -- Last edit: 2015-04-06 00:43:45 |

eLMeR ![]() | "Betrayed" by the shape of the wheel arch: a 1962-77 International Harvester Fleetstar. With the 1968+ cab (date of change to be confirmed. Not later for sure, but could it be 1967?). Certainly not a 1977 model, due to the release date of the movie -- Last edit: 2015-04-05 23:20:54 |
