Indeed, the larger badge on the fender indicates Chevrolet LUV.

an_unusual_eye USthe 260Z behind the porsche has a page of its own... the black Z is a 1979-81 280ZX GL 2+2 non-turbo [S130]. 2012-03-05 06:12
an_unusual_eye USthese are the bumpers that were used only for 1/2 year... the first half of the 1974 model year.

Sandie wrote Did they have as bad a reputation in the US as in the UK? Nice cars but absolutely destroyed the company's reputation here.

Yes, Lancia and Fiat were notorious in the 70s as being some of the worst cars to buy. Very unreliable. Fiat pulled the plug in 1983 on both brands in the US.

ingo DEHmm, the overpriced tourist-cheating-editions in the many souvenir shops on the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Mile or here http://www.lochness.com/nessie-shop.htm
But some tourists are smarter and purchase their souvenirs at Tesco or even Lidl :P There the shortbread-pack costs the half of the price, but the cookies are the same. Just without the castle on the label. The same goes for the Haggis.

dsl SXThat's the Scottish way - knowledgeable and helpful. And our shortbread tins always have nice pictures of castles. 2012-03-04 01:02
