Yes there was some red cars but the main characters red Taunus is vissible on many of the pictures so it might look like there is many red cars.

ProwlerX USThanks alot atom! :D 2009-06-28 04:31
DAF555 SEThere was a number of aftermarket wheel trims available back then, both from factory and from independent manufacturers. It might be one of those, but they indeed resemble the style of the 1966 models.

By the color I would guess it´s a 1962 MY but I´m far from sure. If so it´s called 1200, if it´s a 1961 I´m not sure what they were called in Norway. Maybe Limousine?

fsebus FRC'est y pas un des Büssing Senator livrés en assez gdes quantité à Stockhölm, après le passage de la circul à droite (9/67) ?
Du moins si le film est bien tourné là-bas...

DynaMike NLThat's true, Chris, the 1966+ models had those holes (sorry I wrote 'wholes' in my other comment above). But since 1966 the hubcaps were flat, since 1965 the window division in the door window was slanted and sincew 1963 there was no Wolfsburg logo at the front of the bootlid... so there's something wrong here... 2009-06-27 23:02
chris40 UKI think the holes are actually in alloy wheel-trims. IIRC they were made for 1966 my 1300s but fitted earlier models. 2009-06-27 22:21
DynaMike NLYes,1968/69, since 1970 1500 had extra louvres on the engine lid. 2009-06-27 22:13
DynaMike NLYe (old hubcaps, vertical window divider in the door windows). I'd say both are 1961/62 versions, by the indicators and still a Wolfsburg shield on the front of the bootlid. I'm a bit puzzled by the wholes in the wheels of the first Beetle, though. And what was the designation for the Export version in Norway? 2009-06-27 22:09
DynaMike NLOuff, yes, Atom, I think you're right. Most probably a 1965+ Kapitän [A] then. 2009-06-27 21:55
chris40 UKIt's possible ... I haven't seen the film :D 2009-06-27 21:42

DynaMike NLRekord [B], 1966 (rectangular headlights). 2009-06-27 20:14
DynaMike NLYes. 2009-06-27 19:41
DynaMike NLBy the colour (rouge Corsaire, AC 403): 1968-1970. Probably Belgian built, though it could be a 1970 French built version (no indicator on the C-pillar). 2009-06-27 19:40
DynaMike NL1967+ AZA, made in Belgium (rectangular indicators). 2009-06-27 19:33
DynaMike NLAlmost impossible to determine the exact version, but it is not a DS 21, since there is no badge on the right lower corner of the bootlid. Bodycolour is Blanc Carrare (AC 144), white with a tiny bit of green, available in 1962-1968. I think that the roof is really white, which would make it an ID 19. But if the roof is the same colour as the body, then it's a DS 19. No way to be more precise, unless the rainflaps behind the rear wheels became mandatory in a later year... Btw, since all cars seem to have these flaps, I guess we can list them as 'made for N'. 2009-06-27 19:31
BeanBandit FIMazda 616/Capella? 2009-06-27 18:57
