Its easily recognizable by its particular front hood and its rear fenders. The Buffalo has a fiber windscreen frame, but her we can see the buggy has an alloy windscreen frame -- Last edit: 2007-08-10 19:58:38 |

philgood ![]() | I think it' s a Sarap Buffalo made in France with a tubular chassis and Renault components ( Dauphine and after Renault 8 ) Some receive a 1600 like Alpine A110 and a 5 speed gearbox | 2007-06-21 22:08

| 2007-06-20 22:31
sixcyl ![]() | Indeed, it's very likely a Mercedes Benz, and a O 302 , but the body is not from the factory range, and specific... therefore, there are many possibilities | 2007-06-19 21:06
garco ![]() | O? | 2007-06-19 20:40
rpcm ![]() | Considering it's a 280SE, 1968+. It seems almost half of the W108/W109 series was sold with automatic transmission. Although sober, it's a very elegant and well-proportioned design by Paul Bracq. Even today, they are still great road-cars. |

SteveA ![]() | I think that's being a bit brave labelling it as a Bedford VAL70 when you can't see whether it has two axles at the front....that looks like F O R D across the front from the little you can see of it, but either would be a guess | 2007-06-17 22:49
antp ![]() | VW did not produce these vehicles. They are often associated with VW due to the use of VW engine. | 2007-06-17 22:06
Buc84 ![]() | Mid to late 1960's-early 70's Mercedes bus,but unsure of model series? (Been too long....but those were popular & common on the roads??) | 2007-06-17 21:37
Buc84 ![]() | The 17m was a 1700cc V-4,the 20m was a 2000cc V-4 IIRC and the 26m (1970-71?)was a 2600cc V-6....I had a '69 Ford 17m 2dr(but not an RS) in the early 1980's when I was in Germany(with US Army),it was definately a 1700 cc V-4. |
