DidierF ![]() | C'est tout, mais c'était déjà un petit quelque chose, sixcyl, Corkeyandpals, LVCDC et autres amis de IMPDb ! Allez, au boulot ! -- Last edit: 2015-04-12 12:53:18 |

veturiloj ![]() | petits enjoliveurs de roues: 1965 ou avant ? | 2014-11-04 07:05
antp ![]() | 504 is small indeed, in such case you can upscale a little, as long as the pics do not appear too pixelated. Rather target 624 or 640 which are common picture sizes. |

DidierF ![]() | It was not offer for choice! | 2014-10-19 20:01
DynaMike ![]() | As it seems to be in the French speaking part of Switzerland, I'd say it's a Car (at least this name was used for the bus version in France...). | 2014-10-19 15:46
DynaMike ![]() | No overriders: Ariane ![]() "SIMCA" writing makes it 1961+ Miramas, but the metallic grey paint, the extra chromes and the round mark in the C-pillar make this a 1963 (only) SC. |
2014-10-19 15:40 | ||
DynaMike ![]() | 1956/57 Affaires. New dashboard (behind the steering wheel), old wheels, lack of chromes. | 2014-10-19 15:35
DynaMike ![]() | With Tubul Super aftermarket bumper ![]() ![]() |
2014-10-19 15:29 | ||
DynaMike ![]() | With these small hubcaps and being a taxi one can assume it is a ID (although the windscreen rubber seems to be light grey, which would indicate a DS; but probably the windscreen has been replaced at some time). Because of the black steering wheel a 1965+ model. | 2014-10-19 15:24
DynaMike ![]() | 1967 ID 19. | 2014-10-19 15:17
DynaMike ![]() | This seems to be in Switzerland, right? The first 2CV has got the different headlamps and the hubcaps from Belgian built cars, and the indicator lights on top of the front fenders making it 'made to CH'. By the bigger rear window and still only two side windows I'd say this is a 1958+ AZS (with a non-original basic front bumper). The second one is a 1961/62 AZL3 (also Belgian built, with specific orange front indicator lights, still the aluminium bumpers, hubcaps and three side windows) |

| (inactive user) | Actually 'the last one' meant thumbnail number 5, where the car is much more visible. ![]() |
2014-10-19 14:49 | ||
DynaMike ![]() | Ha, I was busy driving my own Panhard yesterday ![]() There seems to be a PL17 logo plus another smaller badge on the rear fender. That (and the strips on the sides of the bonnet and the boot lid) makes it a 1963 (only) PL17 Tigre Grand Standing [L7] Upto now I neglected the Tigre badge on 1963-65 (PL)17s. Older Panhards had the same code for the Tigre and the non-Tigre versions, only the [L6] changed to [L7] when it got a Tigre engine. But the difference is only visible by the extra badge on the right rear fender (1963) or the t in 17bt on the right corner of the bootlid (1964/65)... |

DidierF ![]() | Merci. (Not really a fake, it is just a tag given by the car dealer for the cars in his showroom, like for the fake E-Type 4.2 here /vehicle_749745-Jaguar-E-Type-1961.html .) -- Last edit: 2014-10-19 06:37:39 |

dsl ![]() | Single line of badging - 4.2 (64+) had treble line eg /vehicle_350640-Jaguar-E-Type-1965.html | 2014-10-19 06:32
dsl ![]() | Not that I can see. Lights look just like UK. And the plate is a fake .... | 2014-10-19 06:29
DidierF ![]() | ![]() ![]() Something here to tag it "Made for CH"? |
2014-10-19 06:20 | ||
DidierF ![]() | Ah, thanks, dsl. And where do you see "it only has 3.8 badging"? | 2014-10-19 06:16
dsl ![]() | Added round rear reflectors, often fitted to early 60s UK stuff in F eg Minis. | 2014-10-19 06:14
DidierF ![]() | I don't know whether somebody agreed, but you were the only one to care, so… Number 3! | 2014-10-19 05:05
DidierF ![]() | It's in Bern. Have we any element to say it was "Made for CH"? | 2014-10-19 04:51
DidierF ![]() | This running board proof appears decisive to me, 4x4peru. I second your motion. -- Last edit: 2014-10-19 04:46:37 |
2014-10-19 04:46 | ||
4x4peru ![]() | Correct on the number of units. However could be the WC57? The right side running board appears original and runs the full length to the rear tire, like the Command Car. The WC52 running board was much shorted and basically stopped at the rear of the seating area. Also the impractical Command Car rear seats were very often cut off and a makeshift bed installed. The WC52 had a metal bed similar to what this has. The side door is custom as is the top. Not easy to confirm. | 2014-10-19 02:55
DidierF ![]() | Ah, bon, bien, merci rjluna2, I was about to ask. | 2014-10-18 22:09
rpcm ![]() | Yes, but without S, just 220 (1960+). | 2014-10-18 21:52
DidierF ![]() | http://olive-drab.com/idphoto/id_photos_dodge_g502_wc.php tells me that, of the WC-series ¾-Ton with a winch, the greatest number goes to WC-52 (59,114), then 57 (6,010) and 58 (2,344). So I'll pick 1942 Dodge WC-52, alright? | 2014-10-18 18:50
DidierF ![]() | It has a winch, and is of the second serie, ¾-Ton. | 2014-10-18 18:41
rjluna2 ![]() | Merci, Didier ![]() My comment at Traffic Lights in Internet Movie Car Database. |

cl82 ![]() | W111; maybe a 220S. | 2014-10-18 15:26
sixcyl ![]() | 1957 AZL | 2014-10-18 15:11
sixcyl ![]() | Dodge WC-Series | 2014-10-18 15:07
electra225 ![]() | I vote for the Simca because it was rarer. | 2014-10-18 12:07
dsl ![]() | Despite the plate it only has 3.8 badging. | 2014-10-18 12:06
dsl ![]() | 4.2 rear badging just about visible. Wreck in last thumb is Coupe with roof chop. | 2014-10-18 12:03

DidierF ![]() | Elle est bien belle. Ça date de quand, cet engin ? | 2014-10-18 11:32
DidierF ![]() | Didn't I say![]() sixcyl? Or more precisely wasn't I suggesting that some ![]() was utterly probable? Then, after such a ![]() intended, there is forcément une suite, que voici. -- Last edit: 2017-07-28 17:33:23 |
