I don’t believe it’s a Meguro probably a 1958 Honda Benly JC58 like this one: http://www.thebenlyshop.com/left%20side%202.jpg .
No —too many differences (the chain's on the other side, the cache has a different shape, no chrome on the tank, the logo is different, etc.).

nzmax NZFrom my Prince book, that is a Standard trim Skyline ALSIS-1. Deluxe ALSID-1 models had double chrome side stripe, different grille, and foglamps integrated into front bumper over riders. 2015-03-05 11:19

Also helps when you own a 1st generation 1962 Prince Skyline BLSID-3, and have the parts list folder which covers all the 1st generation Skyline and Skyway wagons from 1957-1963. The Prince book I refer to, is a history of Prince Motors from beginning right through to the C110 Skyline and A30 series Nissan Gloria.

A lot of information about Prince Motors on the internet isn't correct, which is frustrating when doing research. In New Zealand we were lucky enough to get the Prince Skyline from 1962 through to 1967, and the Prince Gloria from 1964-1967, with both models continuing with their Nissan badged replacements, so probably one of the handful of countries in the world to have had a strong Prince Motors presence.

rpcm PTThese bumpers were introduced with the 1956 model and although it's not easy to be completely sure, what it's possible to see of the windscreen seems to identify a 1958+ car. 2013-02-11 00:18
Q-Ball JPActually, since this is a Japanese movie, there is a very high chance that this is a Mitsubishi Henry J, one of the first passenger cars made by them, following in the footsteps of Nissan with the Austin A40, Isuzu with the Hillman Minx, and Hino with the Renault 4CV.

(From wikipedia)
"The car was also available in Japan from 1951 to 1954, through a licensing deal with East Japan Heavy-Industries, part of the Mitsubishi group."
