130rapid PL230 Cabriolet [W143] should have side spare wheels and dent in footstep for jack. Like this one.
Here we have much modern 1938+ 230 Cabriolet D [W153].

dsl SXImpossible to tell if Morris or Austin from the photo, but is a [ADO15] Mk1 super with chrome trim. Depends if Morris or Austin were sold here by 1962 film date. 2011-04-06 22:01
dsl SXInteresting - more similar than I'd realised. I'm more convinced by the Wolseley with its longer flat wingline and while the split windscreen glass is ambiguous, the Merc has a straight windscreen top and I'm fairly sure this one is pointed. 2010-10-03 01:06
revenge1808 DEWe are talking about the car at the left, am I right?
In my opinion it has build in Headlamps, but the picture is not so good. I compared it again to pictures of the Wolseley (Link to "de.wikipedia.org") and the Mercedes (Link to "de.wikipedia.org")
Things that differ between those cars are, the Wolseley has a split Frontwindow, the Merc hasn't. The merc has the indicators on top of the wings, the Wolseley under the Headlamps.
I still think it is an merc, I don't see the split window at the front, something looks like it, but I think it is the picture problem. And to me it looks like the indicators are on the wing and that there is nothing underneath the headlamps.

chris40 UKAllowing for the fuzz, the bonnet looks too short for a 6/80; I suspect 4/50. 2010-09-28 15:21
DynaMike NLNo, the Mercedes-Benz 220 had built-in headlights; this is /vehicle_330595-Mercedes-Benz-230-Lang-W143-1937.html
But this entry is for the (fuzzy) car on the left. When you move the cursor over the picture, you'll see a rectangle indicating that car ;)

DAF555 SEIt was re-introduced in april 1950, but this is indeed a 1958+

Not sure of norwegian denomination for these, in sweden it was VW Soltak.

antp BEit would look better if the image was deinterlaced... atom, do you still have to original (non-jpeg-encoded & non-resized) capture? or did you already try to deinterlace it and it did not work? 2010-09-01 15:49
Commander 57 USGee! Really making it tough for me, aren't you?
(Should this one really be here??)

Well, this is clearly from the '47 to '49 era and appears to be a Champion.
The bumpers seem to wrap and there looks to be 2 full horizontal bars in the grille making it a '49.
Deluxe, in the absence of chrome rocker panel trim.

Starlight coupe, of course.

DAF555 SEIndeed.

But from what I can find in old DKW sales material they sold as DKW Sonderklasse, F91 would be a chassiscode. But when browsing the net the F-codes are always used first hand, I suppose it´s making it easier to sort them together that way.

But for the customer it was just Sonderklasse.
