chris40 ![]() | So you can. I always thought trafficators were a trade name, but Wikipedia doesn't say so. I remember seeing in 1953 a truck - Panhard, I think - fitted with trafficators that waved up and down! |

Nightrider ![]() | Now, who says that they was ARMORED? | 2010-09-12 08:51
DynaMike ![]() | Looks like a 1946+ Ford (USA). | 2010-09-12 00:33
DynaMike ![]() | Yes, in the second thumbnail you can see both the indicators and the semaphore (I always thought these were called trafficators...) pointing to the right. | 2010-09-12 00:32
DynaMike ![]() | [61]. | 2010-09-12 00:21
DynaMike ![]() | By the front indicators I'd say it's a 1956+ 1201 [Typ 980]. | 2010-09-12 00:19
DynaMike ![]() | The overriders are exactly where they should be - straight under the headlights. Also the shiny strips on teh bonnet indicate an early model. later models had them painted (except on the Dynas built in Belgium, and on our Dyna because we just like it like that). All-aluminium [Z1]. | 2010-09-12 00:18
janek ![]() | AFAIK modified ZiS-150 cab's were used in AT-L: http://odkrywca.pl/forum_pics/picsforum16/1_copy324.jpg and AT-T have modified ZiS-151 cab. -- Last edit: 2010-09-11 22:58:40 |

Casper Friedrich ![]() | 1947 Fleetwood 75 seven-passenger touring sedan (=limousine). The only year with five grille blades. | 2010-09-11 22:31
Casper Friedrich ![]() | 1952-58. Model 1200 with 36 hp, or 1201 with 45 hp: http://www.philseed.com/sk1200.html Nickname the Bream in Finnish. They were quite popular here in the 50s, when we had import restrictions on most of the western cars. In Swedish it was called the Toad, the same as Citroën DS... The Czech toad was quite heavy, at least in it's first version it shouldn't have been fast. -- Last edit: 2011-07-31 13:53:31 |

Commander 57 ![]() | Note fluted central grille bar = senior series of '53 or '54. This one is a '53 since no "finlet" on top of the headlamp rims. Per side trim and what I believe is a chromed gravel shield, this one should be listed as a Patrician. Unusually nice capture from an old movie. -- Last edit: 2010-09-11 16:18:09 |
