Gongora  | Mmmm... It was presented to the public at the Tokyo Motor Show in October 1959. And as I remember, Kurogane went bankrupt in early 1962... So the production dates were longer in time. I'd say autumn 1959 to early 1962. Anyway, it was an absolute sales success... Until Subaru copied and improved the idea and pushed the Ohta heiress out of existence... |

| Jnglmpera | If Opel, I'm not sure if this is indeed J-spec (Yanase car) given the Tachikawa location; which at the time had a large USAF presence; meaning that theoretically a GI stationed in West Germany could have brought their Opels to Japan before leaving them behind for their Chevies back home.
