Once again with the great help of Adco, this three-wheelr is named, Akitsu. We are still short of precision. Are there still Japanese three-wheelers specialist on IMCDb?

We owe this identification to another of the French 'pit-lane.biz' site and forum's blood hounds, Adco from Limoges. Let him find here our eternal gratitude!

The absolute chick flick. I mean, for relatively bright chicks, and their would-be boy friends too. And for any IMCDber with a heart. For if the moral issues are treated rather lightly by the marration, they are here and the rest is absolutey gorgeous, especially Hitomi Nozoe—for whom you're bound to fall, I warn you.

It's a 'boy-meets-girl' story, with an original start: they meet in prison, where they are visiting their own fathers, both jailed for fraud (electoral for one, financial for the other). And then, they stick together, reluctantly for the boy first. Afternoon at the keirin, then ride and day at the beach —overcrowded Enoshima— and then many other litte or bigger events, with both mothers, a bullying rival, and so on, until the final affirmation of their mutual love.

And it works! The young couple is great, a more than mannish Hiroshi Kawaguchi, and the incredibly gorgeous Hitomi Nozoe have such a chemistry that it's no surprise to learn they married one year later, and stayed together until death did they part.

Technically and narratively, the movie is very sound, a feat when you think it was Yasuzô Masumura's first long feature film, made few months before Ao-zora Musume.

Now, can a film showing a young man acting like a man, a young girl willing to be loved, showing lust for life and at the same time dedicated love for her parents, showing both those young adults meeting and overcoming the difficulties of real life, can such a movie be shown to nowadays audiences without starting storm of laughters or, worse, causing terrible traumatic disorders to teenagers? It seems, considering the complete confidentiallity of Kochizuke, that the answer given by our moral and psychological authorities is 'no'.
