DynaMike ![]() | IE60-65 were codes for the type/chassis, with official type names ('type mines') [K207], [K225], [K228], [K232] or [K235]. The model was called Movic M. In 1954 there were three of them built, 244 in 1955, 61 in 1956 and 63 untill 1960. Most common was the 1955 Movic M IE63 HL [K228] with a normal height long chassis. |

pilou ![]() | It is not a Matford , the first Matfords date from 1935 , but it is a french ( S.A.F. Société anonyme Française Ford) Ford V8 model 40 of 1933 , it was listed as a "Conduite intérieure 6 glaces " and rated at 19 cv in France. It was equivalent to the US V8 model 40 DeLuxe Fordor sedan of 1933 but many french made parts were used in the assembly. This one appears to lack the horns under the headlights and the original veed bumper has been replaced by what looks a 3-bladed bumper from an earlier french 1932 12 cv Ford.So for filing it is a 1933 Ford V8 Model 40 Fordor sedan but it remains a pitty that the site cannot split Fords of french, english ,german & european origin. | 2007-09-08 17:34 | ||
