Lateef wrote Correcting myself. Likbil is the most commonly used expression nowadays, but it's also very informal and somewhat disrespectful. It literally translates into corpse car. A more correct expression for the time period would be bårebil (stretcher/casket car) or begravelsesbil/bisettelsesbil (funeral car).

Thanks for the interesting update! I'm just quoting this for future AnimatronixX reference. It's just the same story in Germany with "Leichenwagen" :/ and "Bestattungswagen". "Begravelsesbil" and "bårebil" look very familiar, but I can't remember having read "bisettelsesbil" anywhere before.

I still think the one above (+ the one you found) were bodied by AKF, but it's more of an educated guess.

Lateef NO"Made for D?" Rather made for N. AFAIK not sold in Germany to begin with as the near-identical Ford FK already had its spot in the market. 2019-07-21 18:36

zodiac SEI believe Webasto is (or was) one of the major manufacturer of this sliding roof system at the time.
Webasto is a German company also making additional petrol powered engine heating systems, which was a neccesity in the north as the air cooled VW engine didn't produce enough heat for cold winter mornings.

Edit 1:
Forgot to include a link Link to "bringatrailer.com" .
Found out there were other competing companies present, like Golde (also Germany and later in the U.S) and Britax (England).

Edit 2:
In Swedish it's called 'soltak' which is a stright translation of 'sunroof'.

DynaMike NL1961+ 220 SE [W111] (or 250 SE or 280 SE).

Edit: I just noticed taht the other 220 SE on the site are listed as 1962. I think this car was presented in February 1961, but maybe production started later.
