Alta unknown Mask of Dust (1954)	johnfromstaffs	It is not easy to find definitive evidence, but as far as I can see, Alta only built 3 cars of this shape. GP1, GP2 & GP3. No cars appear to have been built for this type of racing after 1952, when Alta concentrated on supplying engines for HWM and Connaught. If it can be shown that Alta built such cars into 1954 I shall be happy to change my view. 1954 Rover 75 [P4] Mask of Dust (1954)	dsl	FOD 171 was Devon Dec 48 to March 49, but too early for a P4 (Sept 49+ as 75 only), but POD (March-May 54) would fit before the Sept 54 restyling with higher boot.
