nubby wrote Yep, This is a 1995-1999 GMC Suburban K2500. This is a base model, having single, sealed-beam headlights on a gray grille. Base models also have the white/Gray steel 4-slot rims, and black upholstery. This Truck is built off the GMT 400 Platform.

Mostly correct. You could get gray, red or blue cloth or vinyl upholstery on the SL model. In fact, there wasn't an option for black upholstery on the [GMT400] or [GMT800].

ford_guy USBlack Bart, if you ever read this, I just want to say that it's alright for you to want to come on here and learn and share information. But usually it's best done by sitting around and reading what other people have to say, and then posting when you have learned enough to help us out with identifications. But if you're just writing comments that are better suited for IMDb, then that's not going to help us much. And we don't have a reason to feel superior...we're all friends here ;) (well, for the most part :p ) 2009-01-21 02:51

Black BartListen you smug, arrogant, psuedo-intellectual jerks...I happen to just be a kid who interested in cars from movies and videos..Instead of taking turns telling me how useless my comments are (surely to make yourselves feel superior) why dont you let me learn from your comments...I am not doing any harm and have no ill intent....If that is too much for you...Here's an idea...simply ignore my comments.
The whole idea of a site such as this is to learn and share information...Reading your pretentious nonsense aimed at a sincere and interested kid is very sad

ahem... before posting your annoyance, you should better check the list of posted comments of the other guys, about their substance and quality. you definetely cannot stand the pace with animatronixx. and with the most others over here neither.

Animatronixx DEWelcome to the benefits of Web 2.0... I strongly demand an internet driving license. [:kiki] 2009-01-20 01:10
Black BartWell first of all, I don't know how to upload or list cars. I just started a few weeks ago. Second of all, have you ever identify or list cars on this site, if you did, what movies or T.V. shows. Third of all, I don't just comment vehicles, I give information about some vehicles and some pics. And last of all, this site wants you to post comments. 2009-01-15 22:21
Animatronixx DEI mean that you probably didn't get the point of this site. The aim of IMCDb is identifying and listing cars seen in movies and TV shows and that's what almost all members do by their comments - other than your comments which hardly contain any relevant information. "The movie was okay", "nice pic", "me too" etc. are rather secondary contributions. We all make such remarks once in a while besides raising the informative value of this database - but not primarily.
