mysandman ![]() | It would either be a HX or HZ, very difficult to tell from the photo supplied. The HQ and HJ did not have the Sandman logo on the tailgate, it was supplied with a large black or white rectangle at the bottom of the tailgate. -- Last edit: 2010-04-29 14:49:39 (antp) |

antp ![]() | Actually the question was not about Sandman name, but about HJ code (it was listed as Sandman without the famous 2-letter code) |

valiant1962 ![]() | The good guys try to catch some corrupt detectives by using a traffic light camera to photograph them in the act, but they have to time the car going through the red light at the same moment. Just at the crucial moment another car comes down the road as the Falcon goes through the red light to trigger the camera. (Another hole in the plot because we didn't have red light cameras in the 1980's). | 2007-02-03 21:55

valiant1962 ![]() | Lada's were sold here in small numbers in the mid to late 1980's which is actually later than the movie is supposed to be set. Although they just say it is the 80's without being specific, the plot revolves around the introduction of random breath testing of drivers for alcohol (which was very early 80's), and the "hero" who owns a bar decides to supplement his loss of alcohol revenue with marijuana sales. | 2007-02-03 21:50

philr ![]() | It's an Electra 225 4 door hardtop with it's roof removed! Judging by the picture of showing the door panel, it seems to be a model 4829 6 window Riviera hardtop. | 2007-02-03 20:17
