naah not really, just the same MY

Rather spooky was a random find in the oldest files of my colleagues of the car accident directorate:
the same incident, I read about in a 1971 "auto, motor und sport" issue :wow:
The case -a Fiat 850 Coupé driver smashes into an Audi 100- is still open.
IIRC, because the little son of the Audi driver is handcapped since then.

AnimatronixX DEThat's not a Pollmann, but a very early conversion by Joh. Welsch of Mayen. They still used the tooling that was used making funeral coaches on the tailfin chassi W110 and W111. Totally strange and extremely rare! :) 2019-02-22 23:54

andrepa DEmy father had such a Deutz "Stationärmotor" formerly used to drive a generator.
In the 80ies we had a MAN sixcyl 320HP Stationärmotor -which is pretty much the same as in trucks- in addition to our capricious hydroelectric power supply.

andrepa wrote another method could be to identify by engine Deutz MWM ?

These engines were often sold particulary for different purposes, not neccessarily mounted in a vehicle.
Over 25 years ago, when I worked illegally (because it was in the vacations of my army services) for a construction company, I've found a whole bunch of manuals for several of these Deutz-engines. Fortunately I could pick and keep them. Later on I gave them to the guy with Germanys biggest collection of commercial vehicle literature, who wrote several books about that topic.

ingo DEFaked plate from Hannover (town district). There was no "B" back then and Hannover-Stadt until the merging with the country-distric always had plastic badges for registration and TÜV on the plates. The country district always had decal-sticker. 2016-09-26 23:48

No. The car (owned by Volkswagen Klassik) in the article is a 1972 in "geminimetallic", the car here is a 1973+ (missing vents in the C-pillar) in "marathonmetallic"

to find in the web. A negative prize by the ADAC for the worst cars with the most defects. The Matra Simca Bagheera was during the 70ies always one of the favourites. Its reputation was not due that the worst here, there was also a story (over several weeks, IIRC even months) of a pissed Bagheera-owner in West-Berlin, who had annoying arguments with Simca Deutschland about the masses of defects of his car. They accepted to take it back after the guy made negative PR. He placed the car on the stairs of the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche in the center of West-Berlin
/vehicle.php?id=553671
and decorated it with dozens of notices, photos and letters, for every defect one.
