Not a single cab but a (rare) king cab - you can see the extra windows on the side. Also, king cab Navaras were the only ones that adopted the "American" frontal styling (bonnet with 3 holes, flared front fenders etc), while single and dual cabs had the Japanese styling.

Z2 AU1990+ (December 1989+) in Australia. "16Li" trim. This was the base model and the only one without a rear wiper (also the only trim with grey bumpers). 2020-09-28 03:40
Z2 AU1991+ facelift - note location of side repeater. A rectangle/box around the vehicle might help, to avoid confusion with the Vitara?

Z2 AU"Exceed" trim due to the headlight washers. 2020-08-23 04:53
Jagwill AUThis is an ACCO 510A or 530A depending on whether it had a petrol or diesel engine. It was the smallest ACCO built. The narrow cabs on ACCOs were always A-Cabs even when the full width cabs went to B, C, etc. The cab design didn't change must during its production life. The narrow cab never had square headlights in the bumper. You can tell it is a 510A/530A because of the position of the headlights. The slightly heavier 610A/630A had the headlights vertically centred within the grill. 2020-08-19 05:22
Z2 AUBlack mirrors = pre-1990. No CHMSL, which was required from mid-1989 in Australia. W124 went on sale in Australia in 1986, but early models had grey bumpers, so this looks like a later one - 1988-1989 maybe?

Correct, badging seen here.

Interesting enough, these were available with the same 7.3-liter Powerstroke V8 diesel as our North American Super Duty, whereas, the South American units had only a small 4-cylinder Cummins diesel engine.

Yes, I suppose B-2600 is part of the model name. See this brochure cover from October 1991:

Keep in mind that there was also a less common B-2500 (and B-2200) diesel. In later years, the "B-Series" was dropped as part of the model name - I think around the time of the 1996 facelift.
