Gag Halfrunt UKAccording to the page Bux linked to, the beds were added in Greece, which explains why the batch that went to Norway didn't have any. 2020-11-11 15:33

s13a LTI initially thought of Fiat 125 Special, but the indicator on the fender is placed above the side trim (higher than on Fiat and it's a different shape as well) and the c-pillar vent is darker (completely dark since around 1976), so it's probably a Lada 1500 [2103].

Lateef NOIndeed - I imagine Greece was its biggest market outside Korea, as most survivors found on Google (rusted-out wrecks actually) are located in Greece. The batch of 220 cars auctioned off in Norway came from Greece - the Greek importer went bankrupt and a Norwegian machinery business in Trondheim purchased the batch from the customs down there, then the Norwegian buyer went bankrupt themselves. I wonder what happened to these cars afterwards - EDIT: it appears that some of them survived long enough to be registered in 1989/1990 (I guess that's when the article was written), not surprisingly, none of them remain registered. Interesting that their VINs are prefixed with MAX (example: MAX85K100772).
