The only mention I can see for body colour mirror Lantras (both before from Nov 95 and after June 98 facelift as "New Lantra") is Feb 97 2.0 GSi saloon. Top New Lantra versions were 1.6 GSi and 2.0 CDX. |

They've had some random choices of patrol cars over the years which weren't really used by other police forces like Fiat Tempras and Rover 600s so a low spec E36 was probably a bit normal for them.
