ecclefechan SXSo this takes place in the US state of FOREVER FREE?! Wow, that's a cool name.

Also funny that the coordinates take you to Vancouver. I guess they think so little of the audience that nobody will understand GPS coordinates. He clearly states that it's at 49°N, yet the only part of the US mainland north of the 49th parallel is in rural Minnesota!

Also it's clearly visible that it's kilometers rather than miles on the Ford Expedition.

Yes, I know I'm overanalysing a cheap B-movie and I should come to expect such silliness!

an_unusual_eye USdid canada get the e34 in 1988 (a year earlier than the US market), or is this 1989+ based on market, as it would be in the states? 2013-06-18 21:50

AdamStryker US2004 was the only year to have the Mercury Marauder air box and a 80mm mass airflow sensor air tube. Also it had the most aggressive tune along with the 1999 CVPI.

jettalover USI agree with Max Bramante about the timeless design. Whoever was in charge of BMW styling for the models introduced in the late '80s and early '90s was talented. 2013-05-27 06:39
Neptune USYes it is. There are a few differences between them and the U.S. market ones. Not just a km/h speedometer. Also notable is all of them are automatic full-time four-wheel drive. 2013-05-27 02:48

Neptune USRight, I failed to notice the speedometer is also in km/h. So its only run for about 175,555 miles, so nowhere near stretching its legs. :D 2013-05-26 21:05

Neptune a écrit 282,529.4 miles?

I believe those are kilometers ;)

Neptune US282,529.4 miles? Its just starting to stretch its legs.

The first thumbnail shows the newer front leather Captains Chairs, which have larger bolsters. The larger seat bolsters were to improve seat comfort and to allow for side impact head and torso airbags.

The four-wheel drive selector dial is in Auto mode, which is appropriate. The other modes are Four High and Four Low, both of which lock the four-wheel drive system.

The safety belt icon is on; a few seconds after engine starting, it will flash rapidly accompanied by an audible alarm if the driver hasn’t fastened his or her safety belt. Ford called the system BeltMinder, and Expedition would remind and actively "persuade" the driver to wear his or her safety belt.

The Expedition that was blown-up is an older model stand-in from 1997-1998.
