Very unlikely.
This picture is a pre-WWII one (see the soldiers' helmets), and De Gaulle was neither a very big brass in the army at that time, nor a public figure, so he had not the opportunity to "review" like this.

JCB UKAgree - early war 1939 OXD had small narrow civilian type wheels ( as did the OY but with dual rears ).
Being picky OXD was 30cwt

Sunbar UKBedford OXD 15cwt with O-type cab (not the basic MW cab) and wheels also typical of OX with MW front hubs being significantly larger and same as rears.

dsl SXA RHD Taunus TC1 would be a very rare beast - AFAIK there were none - so interested if anyone knows anything, particularly why and where. The shape here looks wrong for a Cortina Mk3 (eg UK tourist in F). 2013-04-17 12:34
Lennart DEAll Taunus TC1 (even RHD-vehicles) had the fueltank on the right side. The filling-pipe was nearly vertically and had a twist-lock.
Japanese cars normally have the tank on the left side.

edit: on a trois constructeurs différents pour les Pz.Kpfw.II
Sinon pour ce qui est des véhicules identifiés par 2491tj, je verrai ça demain (là il faudrait que je dorme), pour chaque nom il faut aller retrouver comment sont listés les autres.
