Weasel1984 PLWith this grill the oldest can be 1970 1501 Special. Second possibility is 1971+ 1501 Special and third 1972+ 1301/1501 in every trim.
IMO there is rectangle badge at the hood (and not Simca lettering above the grill), so 1971+ or 1972+. Maybe better knowledge of the Italian market can narrow this down a bit. ;)
