Bux_48 ITSince January 1991 here ;) plate seems to have F as second letter and that would be 1992, however too blurry for me. 2022-05-27 20:25

Sandie SXFor sure a 414? The UK only got 416 and 420 saloons. 2015-04-03 20:06
fire769 ITI can't see very well but final letter of the plate seems P, so a 1987 750 L or CL. Probably the most basic one. Surely a 1986-87 L or CL because of orange signals (the L was deleted in feb 87 and the CL got white blinkers, small hubcaps, windscreen fascia and rear red trim later that year for MY88). 2014-12-04 12:59

130rapid PLI missed one year. The importer - DAMIS (still alive!) claims 'In the years 1990-1993 we sold on the Polish market over 10,000 Suzuki Maruti cars'. However they started in late 1990 I suppose because today hard to find 1990 Maruti in Poland, 1991-1993 happens. 2012-12-10 11:51
Weasel1984 PLI believe, if it was in the 1980s, then you mean Charade (Diesel) indeed. In the mid-80s the older Alto (SS80) was for a while available, but it was uncommon. 2012-12-02 15:27

blinski PLAre you sure it was 1991? Hm.. I tried to refresh my memory and I think in the 80's it might not be Maruti what filled (keeping the proportions) the streets, but Daihatsu Charade. 2012-12-02 00:22

In first half 90s, to be precise. Wasn't available here until 1991.

blinski PLIt was also very common car in Poland of the second half of the 80, quite easily accessible not-comecon car. I remember 3 standing in my street. I never saw an Alto, it was always Maruti.

Weasel1984 PLAh, it makes things more easy. 2012-11-29 13:02
ElSaxo ITI may be wrong, but as far as I know in Italy was sold only the Maruti Suzuki 800 and never the original Alto.
At the time was one of the top selling car in Italy and now is disappeared even from junkyards...
2012-11-29 01:04
Weasel1984 PLSuch car, but maybe original Japanese Alto?
The Maruti had the rear badge placed more to the right: http://hazaribag.olx.in/maruti-suzuki-800-iid-452326812
Alto more to the left: http://www.flickr.com/photos/38389354@N07/5992670221/

OK - honestly it doesn't look like any of them (except that badge itself is IMO more tall and narrow, like in "Maruti-Suzuki") - so possible there were minor changes in badge position during the prod. period (in both cases)...

Weasel1984 PLA112, 1983 or later (maybe color can narrow this more). 2012-11-29 00:32
Weasel1984 PLSeems not all had it, but it had to be available since begining anyway. In 1988 friend of my father had new Bis and he tried to convince me (few y.o. kid), it is better than the normal version also because it has this rear wiper. :P

walter ITThat's S4 Avant (based on Audi 100 Avant) :) 2007-03-03 16:06
walter ITIt isn't a S6,because the S6 was the sports version of the A6.But the sports version of the 100 was called S4 (look, for example the image from Fourtitude who I sent...) ;) 2007-03-03 13:53
DIEHARD NLIt is indeed 'S6 Avant C4' see http://rsmodels.net/index.php?mode=image-bundles&bundle_id=40 2007-02-27 10:04
antp BEGood question... it was sent as "S4 Avant C4" but C4 is for A6 rather than A4 :??: 2007-02-26 23:55
DIEHARD NLWouldn't it be S6? 2007-02-26 21:22
