dsl ![]() | ... which doesn't make much sense. It was 948cc (so 950) until Feb 63 upgrade to 1098cc (= 950 S). Not sure if any visual difference between 950 and 950 S. Which may mean we need to tighten naming - we have loads of 1961 950 S, which probably should be just 950?? |

50sParis ![]() | Great find; so unlikely to see this as a background car | 2020-02-07 02:18
Alessandro58 ![]() | After rewatching this scene, most probably it is a "fake" German family. So the [Typ 1] could be simply a 1963 Volkswagen 1200 Berlina 'Maggiolino' [Typ 1]? | 2020-02-06 08:07

the sad biker ![]() | This has a dual seat, doesn't that make it a TV 175 S3? | 2020-02-05 22:51
Ingo ![]() | doesn't look so. The size doesn't fit and the combination looks like 2 numbers-2 ciphers-two numbers, so not West German. But it's fore sure no DDR-plate and most likely no Czechoslovakian plate (but it looks somehow a bit CS-like...) In 1963 there were no white plates in France, or? Combination and what's visible of the font may look a bit French. -- Last edit: 2020-02-05 21:46:48 |

tore-40 ![]() | @ingo, is that a German numberplate in the thumb? Anyway, can't see a Wolfsburg crest so listing as 1963 |

Alessandro58 ![]() | The lady on the Lambretta calls it "Morris IM 3 with reclining seats". Indeed, IM means Innocenti Morris, 3 the third BMC Model produced by Innocenti. -- Last edit: 2020-02-05 18:18:34 |
