| kustom komet | The grille and the fender trim say it's a 1961 Comet, the grille on the '63 has trim that curves around the sides of the fenders. Also, the '63 has lower body side trim in addition to the upper side trim. -KK (owner of a 1960 Comet) |

| Commander 57 | The more I look at it, the more it looks like a '63 Comet. The hood crease, fender top ornaments, windshield and bumper shape, the fact the side trim passes just below the door handles and from what I can see of the grille all says '63 Comet to me. |
