nzmax  | Even though the hubcaps look a little blurry they are definitely Super 6 hubcaps, which had the same hubcaps fitted to the more basic Gloria I used to own. | samyuk | I noticed that too. I went to Youtube and watched that part of the movie, somehow I think it is closely related to a Datsun or Nissan Prince Skyline than a Simca. For a while I thought this is a Dongfeng CA71 but I don't thing they were exported and I was less sure after viewing the clip. Une jeune fille, Kiriko (Chieko Baishô), repoussée par l'avocat Ôtsuka, vedette du barreau de Tokyo (Osamu Takizawa) qu'elle a sollicité pour défendre son frère injustement accusé de meurtre selon elle, repart sur l'île de Kyushu d'où elle vient. Un an plus tard, la revoici à Tokyo, hôtesse de bar. Abe (Yôsuke Kondô), un journaliste qui avait voulu l'aider, tombe sur elle par hasard. Il apprend — et nous apprenons, directement — que l'avocat Ôtsuka s'intéresse aussi à l'affaire. D'abord convaincu de la culpabilité du frère, il se rend compte qu'un gros indice a été négligé par la police : le meurtrier était gaucher, mais pas le frère de Kiriko. (Voilà bien un élément d'enquête que le duo de Harikomi, Minoru Ôki et Seiji Miyaguchi, n'aurait pas négligé, lui. Enfin bon, les flics de province, hein…) Oui mais voilà : Kiriko s'est entre-temps transformée en calme et froid ange de la vengeance. Elle profite (une coïncidence de plus dans cette histoire qui n'en est pas avare) de la présence de la maîtresse d'Ôtsuka, Michiko (Michiyo Aratama) sur le lieu d'un crime pour la faire accuser d'un meurtre qu'elle n'a pas commis. ![[Image: yamada65kiri60.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/17160/yamada65kiri60.jpg) (Osamu Takizawa et Michiyo Aratama.) Kiriko peut maintenant jouer au chat et à la souris avec Ôtsuka qui désespère de sauver Michiko… J'ai été fort judicieux (tout arrive) de citer Harikomi car c'est le même duo Shinobu Hashimoto (scénario) et Seichô Matsumoto (roman) qui est à l’œuvre pour l'écriture. La musique de Hikaru Hayashi et la photo de Tetsuo Takaha sont mieux que convenables. Les acteurs (à deux ou trois près, la vilaine usurière, le frère innocent) sont excellents et si on peut bougonner contre quelques trous commodes du scénario, l'histoire, après des débuts difficiles, devient très prenante.
