Sunbar ![]() | The front wheels seem to have six studs so K2 would be correct but wheelbase must be lengthened as it is too long for both K2 and K4. The K4/CXB passenger chassis would have eight wheel studs and looks longer than here. | 2019-07-20 15:53
tore-40 ![]() | What I didn't see five years ago was only four wheel bolts (changed to five 06/51). Rather a 444B made 09/50-06/51 | 2017-06-18 22:26

truckface ![]() | Ow.... It was THE Celica! But rust killed nearly all of our Norwegian first gen. Japanese cars. The TA22 was no exception.... ![]() |

ingo ![]() | One sits even in my village: https://imageshack.com/i/idnV5P7Cj But it's not really abandoned, it looks more like owned by a fan, who has no time for it. | 2015-01-13 21:40
Lateef ![]() | Last summer, I took some pictures of a blue first gen Celica sitting in a junkyard in Sørreisa. It had been a forest wreck for several years before it ended up there, fortunately. | 2015-01-13 21:34
truckface ![]() | You know... The year 2008 was about the last time i saw a yellow TA22 here in Norway. It was parked outside Stavanger train station and had the same interior and rims. Man, i hope it still exists today!! -- Last edit: 2015-01-13 20:38:09 |

truckface ![]() | I actually have these sunglasses. They`re as big as they look, very light and apparently only one pair was for sale in the whole world, when i bought them at Optiking.de. They are called: VIENNALINE 559 and were listed as women sunglasses. Still, fits me perfectly -- Last edit: 2015-01-13 20:00:15 |

bob dieck ![]() | Quite good answer. I have renewed my research and found those two different panels. The first model was aligned with surface, being a mirror to the glove compartment. There was not a platform below in the first model. First model: Link to "www.google.com.br" And second model: Link to "www.google.com.br" -- Last edit: 2012-07-19 17:07:32 |

zodiac ![]() | Almost agree, as the EOTA/EOTTA indeed was introduced in 1951, but got this new instrument panel in 1952. | 2012-07-19 10:49
bob dieck ![]() | Sorry, MM, but all W108 wore double bumpers, even 280 S. Take a look: Link to "www.google.com.br" Also W 109 (300 SE) were the same, but the production figures were so reduced that scarcely this car would be one of them. -- Last edit: 2012-07-17 22:32:17 |
2012-07-17 21:36 | ||
bob dieck ![]() | Link to "www.google.com.br" Now I am sure. Also the side line fits to Consul as well the trafficators. The distance to bumpers doesn't allow to be a Zephyr/Zodiac. -- Last edit: 2012-07-18 13:43:02 |

bob dieck ![]() | After a long research, I considered the small wheels (13" or 14") and the instrument panel. I guess the car is a Ford Consul Mark I 1951+, but I would like to get more comments on. -- Last edit: 2012-07-17 21:28:06 |

ingo ![]() | Don't you mix it up with Lancia? Nowadays the new Lancias, which are offered in Europe, are just disguised Chryslers. |

Lateef ![]() | Thank you sixcyl Right now I'm re-visiting all of these movies and I will add pictures of planes as I'm going through. |
2012-07-17 19:49 | ||
Lateef ![]() | Surprisingly, no. I've never fancied the Regata too much. I think it's too boxy and there's too much plastic on it. Yes, even I have standards. They're also rumored to have severe reliability issues, and I'd like to own a reliable car. The Croma (1991+, not earlier) and the Tempra may not be any more reliable, but I find them good looking and are probably easier to maintain as there are more parts available. To me they don't need contemporary classic appeal. I'm looking at getting them as they may become really rare and sought after some day. Such as my 1987 VW Passat Variant. I grew up with these cars and they have classic appeal to me. Sure, it's nice, but I wouldn't really consider owning it. There's lots of other classics that I'd prioritise. -- Last edit: 2012-07-17 19:46:21 |

Sandie ![]() | No Regata? The only Fiats I can recall liking from the top of my head are the Coupe and Barchetta. | 2012-07-16 23:06
Lateef ![]() | The only Fiats I could picture myself owning are as following: Croma, Tempra, Bravo, Stilo and Grande Punto. The last three aren't even proper Lateef-cars, but I like them -- Last edit: 2012-07-16 23:02:26 |

Mercedes Maniac ![]() | The 250 was the last to keep the double bumper. I don't think the rear looked liked that in the W108. |

electra225 ![]() | Yes, I saw many of them in Danemark and Norway in the 80's when I went there. Even Finland was a popular country for a lot of Mazdas and other Japanese cars of the late 60's and the whole 70's. | 2012-07-16 22:02
