dsl SXMorris Mascot Pick-up name now confirmed. Morris Mascot remained the Danish name for all Mini versions until 1981 after the parallel Austin Partner line was dropped in 1969. 2021-09-04 02:36

the sad biker wrote Tomos Colibri (14-15?) Any Puch DNA in these?

Sadly this isn't Tomos but Puch Dakota, but Tomos did use what is essentially Puch MV50 frame well into the 1980s. They also built licensed Puch 2 and 3-speed machines but phased them out in the first half of 1970s. Check out Tomos AOS for an example of MV50 copy (with 3spd gearbox) and APN4 for later Tomos-developed 4spd engine.

dsl SXAs discussed on the other sighting page the (Morris) Mascot name for DK may have died in 1969, with rebranding as Mini (as make) Pickup from 1970 as other markets. Seat belts and rectangular metal driver door mirror suggest this is early 70s example (60s mirrors were round - first on wing, then moved to door; late 70s were plastic). 2020-01-01 19:26
Lateef NOUnfortunately, I don't. I wish there was a way to get info from old Danish plates. 2020-01-01 19:16

Quote Mini pick-ups exported and sold in Denmark were named and badged as 'Mascot' pick-ups. They were also fitted with wing mounted indicators and have decals on the rear quarters displaying load capacity and total weight as is the law in Denmark.

i saw a Mini Pick-up ( turned into a tow truck ) at the Montréal Auto Show in 2015 but as it was in the modified cars part of the exhibition, i thought they did it from a regular Mini
